The Liberian Association of Canada 6th Annual Convention, Grand Ball & Gala Official Delegates Registration & Validation
In accordance with Chapter 18 of our constitution:
Registered member associations (chartered) in good standing shall select delegates who have obtained the age of eighteen (18) or older who shall be accorded full voting rights of said associations on all matters at the convention including elections.
Each chartered member association shall be accorded five (5) delegates in addition to automatic delegates which include sitting regional vice presidents and board members.
Each member association shall have the right to determine the selection process of their delegates excluding automatic delegates.
In view of the above, all delegates are required to be registered by filling out the form below before or by August 18, 2022. All delegates will be validated with accredited name badges and tags upon arrival and completion of registration at the convention.
